LONDON, UK – Lineup Systems has selected Mark McCartney to fill the new role of Director of Quality & Best Practice. McCartney brings over two decades of media experience to the role, including in-depth knowledge of Adpoint, Lineup’s flagship product, from his time in leadership at TI Media.
The Director of Quality & Best Practice role was added to the Lineup team to further drive customer satisfaction and product adoption and will ensure Lineup customers have all the necessary resources to drive efficiency, scale quickly, and meet their goals.
“Lineup projects have many moving parts, and we wanted someone on our team dedicated to liaising with Deployment, Product and Customer Success to ensure we’re providing the very best customer experience in the industry,” said Global Delivery Director, Colin Byers. “I’m very glad to have Mark on board, as his management acumen and experience as a former Lineup customer will surely bring new insight to our processes.”
With 18 years of operations experience at DMG Media and another 6 at TI Media, McCartney’s experience will be an asset to the Lineup team as well as to Lineup’s customers.
